What You’ll Be Doing
* Architecting and building Model-Driven & Canvas Apps, Power Automate Flows, Power Pages, and AI-enhanced tools
* Championing platform standards, mentoring colleagues, and promoting governance across Power Platform ecosystems
* Enhancing Microsoft Dataverse integrations with a sharp eye on compliance and data security
* Creating insightful analytics solutions with Power BI and Azure Synapse Analytics
* Advancing communities of practice focused on Copilot Studio and Power Platform innovation
* Embedding ALM principles using Azure DevOps and Pipelines
* Guiding digital transformation strategies and influencing platform evolution
* Embedding regulatory and security best practices into scalable tech solutions
What You Bring
* Hands-on experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer with proven success in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
* Technical fluency with Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and integration tools like SPFx, PCF, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, and Custom Connectors
* Familiarity with AI-powered platforms including Copilot Studio and agent configuration is a bonus
* Proficiency in HTML, Python, C#, and JavaScript
* Agile mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Certifications such as PL-400 or PL-600 are advantageous
