Senior Practitioner - Adults Complex Care and Safeguarding
Location: Hackney, London
Contract Type: Locum
Pay Rate: Up to 36.57p/h

The Complex Care and Safeguarding Team plays a vital role in supporting adults with complex needs, safeguarding concerns, and promoting independence and well-being.
We are currently seeking experienced Senior Practitioners to join this dynamic team and help make a real difference in the lives of Hackney residents.
About the Role:
As a Senior Practitioner, you will:
Undertake complex assessments and develop outcome-focused care and support plans.
Lead safeguarding enquiries and contribute to multi-agency risk assessments.
Work collaboratively with health professionals, housing, and voluntary sector partners.
Champion strengths-based and trauma-informed practice.
Support carers and families through advocacy and intervention.What We're Looking For:
Qualified Social Workers registered with Social Work England.
Proven experience in adult social care, particularly in complex care and safeguarding.
Strong knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act, and safeguarding legislation.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.Why Hackney?
