This is a fantastic opportunity to join St Michael's Fellowship as a Deputy Manager in one of our Residential Family Assessment Centres.
You'll be based in a 4-bed residential unit, supporting families through structured assessments and making a genuine difference in children's lives.
What we're offering:
£40/hour pay rate
Full-time, 5 days on-site (No remote working)
1-year fixed term contract
An excellent opportunity to grow into a management role
Requirements:
Qualified Social Worker (Social Work England registered)
Experience in child protection, parenting assessments, or residential settings
Strong leadership potential and confidence working in a dynamic environmentIdeal for experienced social workers ready to move into leadership and influence real change in family outcomes.
