The Role:
As a Senior Planner, you will be responsible for managing complex planning projects and advising clients through all stages of the planning process. Key responsibilities include:
Preparing, submitting, and managing planning applications and appeals
Providing expert planning advice to clients, stakeholders, and colleagues
Conducting site appraisals and planning feasibility assessments
Coordinating input from multi-disciplinary teams and external consultants
Supporting junior team members and contributing to business development
About You:
MRTPI qualified (or working towards chartership)
4-7 years' experience in town planning, ideally within a consultancy environment
Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation and development frameworks
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships effectively
