P&ID & Simulation: Take technical ownership of process simulations and the development of P&IDs from concept through to detailed design within a multi-disciplinary team. Mentor Future Leaders: Actively mentor and develop junior engineers, contributing to the firm’s professional engineering community and guiding colleagues towards Chartered Engineer status. The Essentials: We are looking for a highly credible Process Engineer who is either Chartered with the IChemE or possesses equivalent demonstrable experience and technical authority. You will need: Extensive experience leading design and managing the technical interfaces of process systems across multiple industries. A robust, theoretical underpinning of fluid flow and heat transfer and the ability to apply this to unusual fluids and operating conditions. Proven experience presenting complex designs at HAZOPs and design reviews. The ability to effectively plan work, agree budgets, and manage packages of work to tight time, quality, and cost metrics. Impeccable communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders and producing crisp, focused technical writing.A Note on Vetting: Due to the nature of the clients and projects, all candidates must be able to satisfy clearance criteria for UK National Security Vetting.
