Senior Product Manager
Salary: £55,699 – £68,650 + £3,300 for London-based candidates + bonus + exceptional benefits (civil service pension) + Hybrid (Stratford, London)
Our client, a global online non-for-profit organisation committed to improving the lives of millions, is hiring a Senior Product Manager to oversee the delivery and enhancement of an AI learning & language assessment project to improve latency & efficiency. This is a critical role in shaping customer experiences across our client’s portfolio, ensuring products are innovative, scalable, and aligned with strategic goals.
To be successful, you must have experience with digital online systems, a strong understanding of AI, and exposure to online learning and assessments.
Role & Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of online learning and assessment systems to meet evolving customer needs.
Apply AI product experience to improve latency, speed, and efficiency in learning and language assessments to stimulate conversation (or similar).
Drive innovation and incorporate emerging technologies to enhance customer experience.
Develop and manage product roadmaps, prioritisation frameworks, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Ensure robust governance, contract management, and compliance with organisational standards.
Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion across all product development activities.
Lead and mentor junior Product Owners and cross-functional teams.
Essential Skills and Experience
EdTech experience, particularly in online assessments, examinations, and language assessments.
Proven experience in agile product delivery and lifecycle management.
Strong knowledge of online learning and assessment technologies.
Ability to write user stories, manage backlogs, and deliver complex digital projects.
Experience leading virtual/global teams within a matrix organisation.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Understanding of EDI principles and commitment to inclusive practices.
