Location: Surrey, UK | Salary: £40-45K | Permanent
Are you an experienced AV Production Engineer with strong technical expertise in rack build, troubleshooting, and team leadership? Join a dynamic engineering hub where you'll lead projects, mentor engineers, and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple AV solutions.
What You'll Do
Assemble, wire and troubleshoot AV racks
Lead and mentor production engineers
Ensure quality, safety and compliance
Collaborate with managers to refine processes
Support on-site projects and client handoversWhat We're Looking For
Solid technical knowledge of AV/VC/UC technologies
Leadership and mentoring experience
