Position: Senior Production Manager (Large Format Digital Print)
Location: London
Salary: £35k - £40k (Neg.)

Suppliers of high quality large format printing services for a wide range of display solutions, bespoke exhibition stands, events, window graphics & POS.
Key Responsibilities:
* Hands-on Production Manager to supervise and support the production team
* Plan, coordinate, and oversee the production process
* Managing production staff, working with internal and external stakeholders
* Maintaining the operational effectiveness of the production workflow schedules
* Drive process improvements, introducing automation, workflow optimisation and cost-efficient production methods
* Comply with Company health and safety procedures at all times
* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
* Resolve any production related issues or delays, communicating effectively with all staff
* Working with the senior management team to help develop the large format department and be a part of it’s success
Essential Criteria:
* Experience with large format digital print production
* Methodical and thorough approach to tasks
* Managerial and process improvement experience
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
