Senior Production Manager
Location: Slough
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum + Bonus + Healthcare + Pension

About the Role:
We're looking for a Senior Production Manager to lead production operations in a busy FMCG/food manufacturing environment. You'll be responsible for managing teams, ensuring product quality, and maintaining safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage production teams including factory managers and operatives
Plan and organise production schedules to meet customer and quality requirements
Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and GMP standards
Collaborate with Technical, Sales, and Supply Chain departments for product launches and improvements
Monitor KPIs including waste, quality, and labour efficiency
Manage recruitment, training, and performance of production staff
Conduct risk assessments and investigate incidents to maintain safety
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in production management within FMCG or food manufacturing
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Knowledge of food safety and health & safety legislation
Proficient in IT for production reporting and data management
