Senior Production Manager - West London - c£70,000
Overview: We’re looking for a Senior Production Manager to join a well-established food manufacturer who are incredibly busy and projected to double their turnover in the next five years!
You will need to be quite a hands-on Production Manager; this isn’t a desk-based role this is very much on the factory floor with the team.
You’ll essentially be the soundboard between the team and the Directors.
About You:
* Proven Leadership skills in a Food Manufacturing environment, within Bakeries due to the nature of the work.
* Dynamic approach to your work, not a sit back approach.
* Track record of delivering strategic projects and managing costs effectively.
* Effective communicator with all stakeholders, both internally and externally.
* Ability to deal with complexity and change, prioritise effectively, and deliver within short timescales.
* As Senior Production Manager, you will need an analytical mindset.
What will you be doing?
* As the Senior Production Manager, you’ll have the support of the Operations Manager and Factory Manager.
* You’ll set targets and KPIs.
* Report to the Operations Director.
* You will develop and maintain a continuous improvement culture.
* Set performance goals, conduct performance evaluations, and provide feedback to enhance employee productivity.
* Simply put, it’s all about driving the business forward, they have massive plans for growth.
