A great opportunity based in Aberdeen has become available for a Senior Engineer to join a Global Oil and Gas company. Experience with plug and abandonment is a key essential for this role. You will be joining a company who stand by their core values of innovation, safety sustainability and quality whilst working on key projects for an impressive portfolio of clients. Being an industry specialist, they make sure they complete projects to tight deadlines and to the highest of standards and are looking for an individual who shares the same passion for the industry.
Responsibilities:
* Carry out project duties such as plan/ schedule, projects goals and oversee budgets.
* Ensure projects are carried out to the highest quality.
* Use 3D CAD (Solidworks or equivalent).
* Liaise with Senior Management teams.
* Liaise with project teams to understand and issues or delays.
* Provide technical advice and support to team members working on projects.
* Provide project reports.
* Adhere to health and safety procedures.
Required:
* Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent.
* Minimum 5 years of experience within engineering.
* CAD design experience (solidworks preferred).
