We’re working in partnership with a leading 5-star national housebuilder who are looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager for their flagship development of over 1,000 homes in Falkirk.
This is a career-defining opportunity to lead a major project and oversee delivery of a wide mix of private and housing association homes, flats, and houses.
The Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will:

Take full responsibility for managing and delivering the flagship Falkirk development.

Oversee and mentor a site team (2 Site Managers + 1 Assistant).
*
Ensure high-quality build standards across a range of housing types.
*
Drive programme, budget, and health & safety compliance.
*
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to achieve successful project delivery.

About You
