Senior Project Manager

£75,000 - £100,000

Construo Recruitment are recruiting an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a high-quality residential apartment scheme. This is an excellent opportunity to join a Main contractor delivering impressive residential developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  * Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and programme of works

  * Ensure quality, budget, health & safety, and timelines are consistently met

  * Coordinate with design, commercial, and client teams

  * Chair site meetings and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders

  * Identify and mitigate risks and drive project performance

Ideal Candidate:

  * Proven experience managing residential apartment projects (from £5m–£15m+)

  * Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills

  * Excellent knowledge of construction processes and regulations

  * Able to deliver projects to programme and budget with a focus on quality

  * SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications preferred
