About the Role:
As a Senior Project Manager at Hollens, you will take full ownership of projects from inception to completion—managing stakeholders, leading teams, and ensuring exceptional delivery against time, cost, and quality targets. You’ll also contribute to business development and play a key role in mentoring junior colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the delivery of multiple construction and development projects
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors
* Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and risk registers
* Oversee procurement strategies and contract administration
* Chair meetings, produce project reports, and ensure governance compliance
* Contribute to business growth through networking and client development
* Support and mentor junior team members
About the Requirements
* 5–10 years of project management experience within a consultancy environment
* Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder construction projects
* Excellent knowledge of construction contracts (e.g. JCT, NEC)
* Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
* Degree-qualified in a relevant field (e.g. Project Management, Construction, Surveying)
* Chartered status (MRICS, MAPM or similar) preferred
