Senior Project Manager, Creative Communications
📍 York | Hybrid | £38k - £42k dependant on experience
We’re recruiting on behalf of a specialist consultancy that works with some of the world’s best-known brands to connect with their people, strengthen workplace culture, and deliver engaging internal communications campaigns.
They blend strategy, creativity, and delivery to produce everything from global employee engagement initiatives to change management communications and culture shaping programmes.
They’re now looking for a Senior Project Manager with strong agency experience to lead multiple high-value projects from brief to completion, managing budgets, timelines, and client relationships while ensuring every project delivers real impact.
You’ll need:
5+ years’ project management experience (agency or consultancy preferred)
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
Strong client relationship skills and commercial acumen
A passion for communications, people engagement, and culture
