My client, a leading consultancy in project management, cost consultancy, and quantity surveying, is looking to grow their team in London by obtaining established Senior Project Managers. Their work spans a range of high-profile, high-value projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
They're seeking experienced project managers from a built environment background, ideally with consultancy experience on complex projects such as commercial offices, fit-outs, healthcare, residential, and hotels. The ideal candidate will be confident in a client-facing role and motivated to advance their career within a growing and thriving business.
Candidate Requirements
Ideally, hold, or be working towards, a recognised Project Management qualification (e.g. APM, RICS, or equivalent).
Able to provide strategic advice on procurement routes and delivery strategies.
Proven experience managing built environment projects across various stages, both pre- and post-contract.
Previous experience in a UK-based construction consultancy or similar client-side environment is highly desirable.Benefits
