We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex, customer-focused engineering projects. This is a key leadership role, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality, while supporting the business’s strategic and operational objectives.
What you’ll do:
* Lead the full project lifecycle – from engagement through to closure.
* Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Develop and manage project plans, budgets, resources, and risk registers.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers for flawless execution.
* Track progress and report regularly to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
* Proactively manage risks, issues, and changes in scope or cost.
* Ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulations, and company policies.
* Mentor and develop a Project Manager within your team.
* Drive continuous improvement through post-project reviews and lessons learned.
What we’re looking for:
* Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
* Proven project management experience in an engineering or technical environment.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (MS Project).
* Experience in regulated industries (automotive, aerospace, etc.).
* Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement practices.
