Job Description
Senior Project Manager - Hospitality Sector
Doncaster
£50-60k plus package
Senior Project Manager required for a leading construction contractor who work within the hospitality on pubs, restaurants and hotels.
Benefits:
£50-60k per annum
Company Car or car allowance
Company bonus scheme
20 days holiday plus bank holidays plus Christmas shutdown (31 in total)
1 day's additional holiday for each completed year of employment up to 23

Role Overview:
As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for running several projects with various sizes within the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor labour and site management for each scheme
Write site programmes ensuring they are adhered to onsite once work commences
Collate and sign off snagging works
Manage the client relationship
Ensure design and contracts details are available at all times
Have regular meetings with the commercial and operational teams to discuss site progress and costs

What We're Looking For:
A fit-out background within retail or hospitality preferred
A willingness to work on site and office
