This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who thrives in a consultancy environment, enjoys managing the full lifecycle of projects, and is confident performing the Contract Administration (CA) role.
About the Role
You will take ownership of projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and of the highest standard. You’ll be client-facing, commercially aware, and confident in handling both the technical and people-management aspects of the role.
About the Requirrments

Must live within a 45-minute commute of West Kent / Ashford / Folkestone
*
Strong project management experience in consultancy
*
Proven track record managing the full project lifecycle
*
Confident in performing the Contract Administration role
*
Previous experience in residential projects
*
Presentable, professional, and able to represent the consultancy on prestigious projects
About the Salary/Package

Salary around £50k+, dependent on experience
*
4.5 day working week
