The Role:
+Project Delivery: Lead the end-to-end execution of multiple simultaneous product development and technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with defined scope, timelines, and budgets.
+Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, including technical teams, suppliers, and senior leadership.

Key Skills and Experience:
+Extensive experience in managing complex hardware and technology-focused projects.
In-depth knowledge of the product development lifecycle, with particular expertise in hardware and embedded systems.
+Strong organisational capability, with a track record of managing multiple priorities in high-pressure environments.
+Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and bring alignment across diverse, distributed teams.
+Proven accountability, demonstrating ownership of project outcomes and successful delivery.
+Proficiency with project management platforms (e.g., Jira, MS Project, MS Planner, or similar).
