Senior / Project Quantity Surveyor | New Build Residential | Eastry, Kent | Permanent
I’m working with an established main contractor who are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take commercial responsibility for a new build residential development in Eastry, Kent.
This is a site-based position taking ownership of a live £20m scheme, working closely with the operational team through delivery and ultimately final account.

£20m new build residential development
94 new homes
Eastry, Kent
Approximately 80-week programme
Site-based position
The Role
Commercial management of the project from procurement through to final account
Procurement and management of subcontract packages
CVRs, valuations, variations and cost reporting
Managing subcontractor payments and accounts
Working closely with the Project Manager and site team
Reporting into senior commercial management

Senior Quantity Surveyor with main contractor experience
Strong new build residential background
Comfortable commercially leading a £20m project
Strong procurement, CVR and subcontract management experience
Site-based and hands-on approach
