Senior Property Litigation Solicitor (5 years PQE)
Location: Chester/Hybrid Working)
Puro Associates are delighted to be supporting a highly regarded law firm with a strong presence in the North of England who is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their growing specialist team. This opportunity comes as a result of increased demand and continued investment in their litigation services.
What you’ll be doing as Senior Property Litigation Solicitor:
Lead a diverse and complex caseload of property litigation matters, including possession claims, rent recovery, and disputes over lease renewals and tenancy agreements
Represent clients in court and tribunal proceedings, ensuring the provision of strategic, client-focused legal advice
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to landlords, tenants, and property investors
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior solicitors, ensuring the team is supported and developed
Contribute to business development and growth of the Property Lettings & Revenue team, helping to shape the direction of the practice
Draft and negotiate leases, agreements, and other legal documents with a focus on commercial outcomes
Who we’re looking for:
A qualified Solicitor (5 years PQE) with experience in property litigation
Confident, organised, and able to manage your own caseload under supervision
A collaborative team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills
