Grow and a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, organised, and people-focused Property Manager to join a growing team managing a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and holiday let properties. This is a role with variety, you can take responsibility and make sure everything runs smoothly. More below… The Role: * Manage day-to-day operations across a mixed-use property portfolio * Coordinate maintenance issues, refurbishments, and contractor activity * Prepare and renew AST agreements, conduct rent reviews, and issue legal notices * Liaise with tenants, guarantors, letting agents, and internal teams * Conduct inspections, inventories, check-ins, and check-outs * Monitor rent payments, chase arrears, and resolve disputes * Maintain compliance with licensing schemes and safety certifications * Oversee insurance renewals, valuations, and claims * Support property acquisitions, viewings, and onboarding of new sites * Provide cover for team members during holidays and busy periods * Manage communal service contracts (cleaning, fire safety, lift maintenance) What You’ll Bring: * Experience in property management or lettings (residential/commercial/holiday lets) * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail * Confident communicator with a problem-solving mindset * Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure * Comfortable working with contractors, agents, and tenants alike * Familiarity with compliance, safety certificates, and tenancy law is a plus * A team player who’s happy to muck in and support others when needed If you’re ready to take ownership of a portfolio and make a real impact, this is a brilliant next step.
