Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor Tunbridge Wells, Kent Permanent Aug 2025
The Role:
This isn't a role where you're buried in spreadsheets with no say in how things are done, Quantity Surveyors are at the heart of the commercial strategy, with the time and space to spot opportunities, solve challenges, and add real value.
You'll manage the commercial process from final tender through to final account, working closely with clients, supply chain, and the in-house team to deliver high-quality projects the right way not just the cheapest way.
The Projects:
• Main contractor schemes in education, community, and specialist sectors
• Typical values £5m £20m
• Buyers handle procurement you focus on the commercial strategy
• Preferred contractor for multiple clients, with £300m+ of live and upcoming work
What they're looking for:
• Main contractor quantity surveying experience (some flexibility for earlier-career candidates)
• Strong commercial management skills CVRs, valuations, and subcontract accounts
• Team-player mindset collaboration is at the core of everything they do
• Loyalty and commitment to delivering projects to a high standard
• Experience with COINS is a bonus, but not essential
