Are you a Quality Engineer from a Machining / CNC / Precision Engineering background looking for an autonomous and varied role overseeing the tight-knit quality team and processes within a market leading specialist Manufacturer known for long term staff retention, offering company shares options and a company-wide bonus scheme based on company performance?
This company are a well-established specialist manufacturer who provide essential products for a range of industries, primarily oil and gas. Having experienced steady growth since their establishment over 50 years ago- to the point they have 180 employees- they are now looking for a new Senior Quality Engineer to join their team.
This varied role you will be responsible for ensuring the companies in-house quality procedures and standards are followed, manage internal and external audits and develop/manage a programme of continuous improvement.
This role would suit a Senior Quality Engineer or similar from a Manufacturing / Machining background looking for an autonomous senior position within a unique company known for their long-term staff retention, company shares options and a generous bonus scheme.
The Role: Senior Quality Engineer -
* Ensuring ISO 9001 is adhered to
* Split between management and hands on quality work - office and workshop based
* Managing and participate in internal and external audits
* Developing and managing a programme of continuous improvement
* Liaising with senior management and other departments
* Check and approve certificates and reports.
