Job Description
Senior Quantity Surveyor (SQS) - Outside IR35
📍 Location: Sublot 2B
💰 Rate: Negotiable (depending on experience)
🕒 Start Date: Immediate (subject to approvals)
Project Details:
NEC3 Option contract
Project value: approx. £50 million
Current site team: Managing QS + 2 part-time Apprentice QSs
Key Responsibilities:
Compile sections of the CVR for monthly reporting, including forecasts and cost analysis
Assist with monthly applications for payment and provide supporting documentation
Audit and review payments made to date in line with contract conditions
Manage subcontract accounts and prepare documents for audit purposes
Submit monthly client cost forecasts
Price, review, and negotiate Compensation Events
Provide guidance and mentorship to Apprentice QSsBefore You Apply
