This is a great opportunity to join a Commercial Team on a MW Data Centre Project near Vienna and to grow within an International Main Contractor.
Looking for a motivated, commercially minded QS / SQS with experience of the full life cycle of construction projects behind them, ideally with at least one data centre. It will be a fast-paced environment, so you will need to be confident to take full ownership of packages across CSA from tender to final account.
You will be reporting into the Commercial Manager and overseeing the development and implementation of commercial strategies, manage budgets and costs, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will mentor junior staff & manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Experience needed for this role:
* Quantity Surveyor degree
* Clear Main Contractor experience
* Previous work on Data Centre projects desired
* Flexibility and a motivation to travel within the EU
* Due to mobilisation EU/UK passport desired
