Senior Quantity Surveyor - Cardiff
Our client, a large M&E contractor are currently recruiting for a Project Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a couple of M&E projects in the South Wales. The project you will working on include Schools, Hospitals & Offices. They are open to people with different sector experience. It's more about having the right principles & ethics.
Location:
Cardiff, Wales / Working from home
Remuneration:
£50,000 - £65,000 per annum plus car / car allowance & benefits
The role:
The successful Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working on projects including Schools, Hospitals & Offices.
Requirements:
NEC or JCT forms of contract knowledge
Quantity Surveying experience
Mechanical & Electrical background ideally
