The contractor has secured a strong pipeline of data centre and critical infrastructure projects across the UK, working with some of the industry’s most recognised clients. * Managing subcontractor accounts, variations, change control, and final account agreements.
* Working closely with project management, engineering, design, commissioning, and technical teams.
* Supporting procurement and delivery of critical infrastructure packages, including electrical and mechanical systems.
* Attending project, commercial, and client meetings.
* Ensuring commercial performance aligns with programme, quality, and operational requirements.
Requirements:
* 5+ years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role, ideally within major construction, M&E, or mission-critical projects.

* Strong understanding of subcontract procurement, cost control, change management, and commercial reporting.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, contractors, consultants, design teams, and supply chain partners.
* Ability to manage multiple workstreams within a fast-paced project environment.
* Proven stability and longevity within previous roles.
