Job Description

Due to an increase in workload on a Heavy Civils scheme in Folkstone, our client, a top Regional Contractor are looking for a freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial Team on these works which include Roadworks, Drainage, Concrete and other Civils aspects. Daily duties will include Sub Contractor Account Management, Issuing Payments, CVRs and Compensation Events. To be considered you will have a solid background of working on Heavy Civil Engineering schemes within the Main Contracting environment and will have a solid working knowledge of NEC Form of Contract. In return, a top day rate is on offer which is Outside IR35 and comes with an immediate start and 3 month contract that could be extended.
