A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take a leading role in delivering key UK infrastructure projects. You’ll contribute to high-profile schemes across Energy, Rail and Water, helping to shape resilient, future-focused solutions for communities nationwide.
About the Role
In this senior position, you’ll be responsible for commercial leadership across multi-disciplined projects—ensuring cost accuracy, contract compliance and strong commercial outcomes. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep delivery on track, on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead commercial and cost management across complex infrastructure projects
* Work collaboratively with project teams, clients and partners
* Maintain robust cost control, forecasting and commercial reporting
* Identify efficiencies and support the use of innovative delivery methods
Ideal Background
* Degree or HND/HNC (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline
* Professional qualification or working toward one
* Extensive experience within contracting/commercial departments
* Proven track record delivering:
* Major energy projects (e.g., National Grid frameworks)
* Rail projects (e.g., Network Rail environments)
* Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes
* Advanced skills in: Word, Excel, COINS, ASite, CEMAR, PowerPoint
