Senior Quantity Surveyor – Main Contractor – Marylebone - PERM
Rare and exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a successful high end residential & commercal refurb contractor, where you’ll take the lead on high-value refurbishment projects from inception to completion. What does the role involve?
The client are based in Marylebone, and all projects are based in the Central London area. The role will be based in the office with site visits when necessary.
You’ll oversee 2-3 live projects, managing all commercial and contractual responsibilities. You’ll produce cost reports, valuations, reconciliations and forecasts, as well as administering subcontract valuations and payments - ensuring robust financial and project performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Working on new build care home projects valued up to £5M

Managing cost control and commercial aspects from concept to completion
To be successful in this role you will have:

Experienced Quantity Surveyor from the residential or commercial construction sector
*
Keen to work on high-value refurbishment projects
*
Commutable to sites
*
Looking for autonomy, progression, and project ownership
*
Full UK Driving Licence
