Job Description

Senior Quantity Surveyor - Super Prime Residential - Freelance contract

This well-established high end residential contractor is used to working with many high-net-worth individuals throughout the UK and has an immediate requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a freelance basis and start immediately. 

The project has a tender value of over £10m and is a new build property in a prime location in Oxfordshire. You will as Senior Quantity Surveyor, start before the project commences and be based initially in the office in lead into the start on site.

For this Senior Quantity Surveyor position, you will have experience of working on super prime residential projects and unique luxury properties with stonework and high-class joinery finishing. 

You will have a Quantity Surveying qualification to degree level and will have completed projects from inception to completion and be able to demonstrate this with examples.
