A close-knit construction consultancy is seeking a proactive Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Cardiff office.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will work on a wide range of projects across an array of sectors, including healthcare, education, residential and listed buildings.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be heavily involved in projects from beginning to end, from assisting the partners in the selection of construction contracts and negotiating favourable terms to providing support and guidance to the junior QS'.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
Completed a Quantity Surveyor degree or RICS associated degree.
Ideally MRICS but not essential
Good Pre and post contract experience
PQS consultancy experience
Car and driver's license
Comfortable in client facing positionIn Return?
£50,000 - £60,000
