Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor | Super Prime Residential Refurbishment | Victoria | Up to £425/day (Including Ltd Co)
 
I'm working with a specialist high-end residential contractor who is looking to appoint a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to commercially lead a prestigious super-prime refurbishment in Victoria.
 
This is a rare opportunity to join a live project with around 18 months remaining, working on the refurbishment and fit-out of an exclusive private residence.
 
The Role

Commercial lead on a £17m super-prime residential refurbishment
Procurement and management of subcontract packages
CVRs, valuations, variations and final accounts
Working closely with the Project Manager and Commercial Director
Site-based role with long-term continuity 
The Project

£17m contract value
Refurbishment and fit-out of a 5/6-storey private residence
Separate mews house refurbishment
Super-prime residential
Approximately 18 months remaining
