Job Description

Senior Quantity Surveyor | West London | Super Prime Residential

We are looking for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee two high-end residential refurbishment projects (approx. £3m each, up to £10m total) for high-net-worth clients in West London.

You will take full commercial and financial ownership of these super prime projects, managing everything from procurement and subcontract orders to valuations, variations, and CVR reporting.

The Role

  * 

    Location: West London / Site-based

  * 

    Role: Overseeing 2x £3m high-end residential schemes

  * 

    Company: Renowned super prime residential main contractor

Key Responsibilities

  * 

    Managing pre-construction procurement, tender packages, and subcontractor orders

  * 

    Preparing, submitting, and agreeing interim valuations and variations

  * 

    Monthly cost reporting, cash flow forecasting, and final account agreement

  * 

    Working closely with the Commercial Director and project team to protect margins and drive commercial performance

Key Requirements

  * 

    Proven QS experience within high-end or super prime residential construction

  * 

    Strong working knowledge of procurement, valuations, and contract administration

  * 

    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
