 The Role

 As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will lead commercial management efforts on complex projects, ensuring contractual compliance, risk mitigation, and value optimisation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting project teams, managing subcontractor relationships, value engineering, and steering financial performance.

 You will have the following qualifications & experience:

Proven experience in a senior Quantity Surveying role within engineering or construction sectors.
Extensive understanding of NEC3 contractual frameworks and commercial management practices.
Expert in stakeholder engagement, risk management, and change control.
Strong capability in managing multiple projects with attention to detail.
Sound knowledge of procurement, subcontract management, and final account negotiations.
Degree in Building Services Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
Demonstrated ability to lead and coach project teams effectively.
