Are you a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor ready to step into a Senior or Principal role with a leading main contractor? Our client, a market leading Tier 1 Contractor is looking to bolster their Bristol-based commercial team due to an increased project workload — and this is your opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of high-value schemes across a range of sectors.
The Role
As a Senior or Principal Project Surveyor, you'll be responsible for managing up to 2–3 live projects, depending on their size and complexity. Projects typically range from £10m to £30m+ in value, with programme durations of 18 months to 3 years. You'll be involved throughout the full project lifecycle — from tender through to completion — taking ownership of pricing, commercial delivery, and client interaction.
This is a key hire to support a lean but growing team, so we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and add real value.

Managing and mentoring a small team (2–3 staff)
Ideal Background
*
Solid track record across a mix of sectors: Residential, Commercial, Mixed Use, Education, Blue Light, Defence, and Retail
*
Demonstrable experience running £10m–£30m+ projects
*
Strong leadership skills and experience managing small commercial teams
*
Ideally Bristol-based or within a ~1hr commute (applications from further afield such as Cardiff, Newport or Pontypridd are unlikely to be considered)
