Senior Quantity Surveyor
£55,000 - £65,000 + (car allowance + bonus)
Full-Time / Permanent

This is a great opportunity for someone with vast experience who wants to influence project delivery, mentor junior staff, and work within a close-knit, supportive commercial team.
YOUR NEW ROLE
*
Oversee commercial management of live projects across civils and construction
*
Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and accounts
*
Submit valuations, variations, and monthly cost reports
*
Build strong working relationships with Contracts Managers and site teams
*
Identify and manage commercial risks
*
Support and mentor junior QSs working on your schemes
*
Ensure all work aligns with internal policies and procedures
ABOUT YOU
*
Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
*
Must have a solid work history with experience ideally across both civils and build
*
Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
*
Confident in tendering, pricing variations, and managing subcontract packages
*
Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
*
Must hold a full UK driving licence
