Senior Quantity Surveyor | South London (SW17) | Salary up to £85,000 per annum, plus benefits package (Developer - High-End Residential)
I am currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a high-end residential cut & curve project in South London. The project comprises four phases of 1-3 bed high-end apartments, with the first phase completed and the second phase underway, consisting of 109 units. The third phase, consisting of 112 units, is due to start imminently.
My client is a family-run business with a strong reputation for building high-end residential projects across South England. With a turnover of over £100 million, my client is on a progressive five-year growth plan to reach a turnover of £200 million by 2028, making it an ideal time to join.
In return, my client offers a highly competitive compensation package, which includes a generous basic salary of up to £85,000, as well as benefits such as a car allowance, family private healthcare, a 7% pension contribution, and an annual bonus of up to 15%.
