Senior Quantity Surveyor (SQS)
East London (Hybrid Working) | Up to £80,000
Major Enabling Works | Data Centre Project
Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong grip on NEC contracts and a knack for managing change like a pro?
We’ve got a brilliant opportunity with an engineering business that's part of a larger M&E group — working on the enabling works for a large data centre in the UK.

Proven experience as a Senior QS, ideally with a civils or M&E background

Deep understanding of NEC contracts and managing complex change

Confident in high-level client communication & commercial reporting

Able to work independently while contributing to a great team culture
