A globally renowned Quantity Surveying Consultancy is seeking an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Central London office. This is an opportunity to work with a dynamic, award-winning team on high-profile projects across sectors including Residential, Commercial, Government, Retail, Education, Data Centres, Sport & Leisure, and Healthcare.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
This is a client-facing role where you will lead cost management services from inception to completion on projects ranging from £10m - £100m. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, ensuring client objectives are met while managing budgets, risks, and contracts.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor
Proven experience delivering top-quality cost management and quantity surveying services across all project stages.
MRICS ideally or currently working towards
A RICS accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
Skilled in managing and prioritizing multiple projects.
Previous Quantity Surveying experience working with a UK construction consultancy In Return?
