Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to make your mark on one of the UK’s most high-profile infrastructure projects?
A major joint venture delivering full MEPHFC systems on a flagship London-based HS2 station is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team. This is your chance to work on a once-in-a-generation rail development, supporting its delivery with expertise in commercial and contract management.
What You'll Be Doing
* Administer NEC3/4 Option C contracts.
* Lead subcontractor engagement, negotiation, and contract management.
* Review and approve payment applications in line with contract terms.
* Build relationships with client-side commercial and project teams.
* Draft and manage contract communications and compensation events.
* Provide risk advice and ensure compliance with corporate governance.
* Mentor and support junior commercial team members.
What We’re Looking For
* Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
* Strong experience with NEC3/4 (Options A, C, E).
* Previous work with main contractors or JV partners on major UK infrastructure.
* Commercial, financial, and contract management expertise.
* Confident communicator and experienced negotiator.
* A proactive, collaborative approach with a drive for excellence.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Site attendance required 3 days per week minimum.
