Senior Quantity Surveyor – RC Frame & Civils
Acton, West London
£100,000 - £120,000 + Package / Benefits

About the Company
An established and rapidly growing construction business with a strong foothold in the RC Frame and Groundworks sector is seeking a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor. With a turnover exceeding £100 million annually, this contractor delivers a diverse portfolio of civil engineering, commercial, and residential projects valued between £5m and £30m.
About the Role
With a robust order book and further growth planned, the business is looking to strengthen its commercial team. You’ll oversee projects typically ranging from £5m to £15m, taking ownership of commercial processes and aiming to maximise margins through proactive cost management and stakeholder engagement.
Duties will include:
* Leading CVR meetings
* Managing subcontractor accounts
* Developing long-term relationships with clients
* Ensuring commercial success across all project stages
What You’ll Need
* At least 5 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role within RC frame, groundworks or civils
* A relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar discipline
* Strong commercial acumen and a proactive mindset
