The Role:

One of the most ambitious commercial builds in London is kicking off - and this Tier 1 contractor is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with solid high-rise experience to join right from the early stages.
This is a 20+ storey bespoke office tower in the City of London. Complex structure, high-spec finish, landmark location - the kind of job you build a career on. You'll be working closely with the Commercial Lead and senior team, managing major packages on a scheme that will define this contractor's next chapter.
The Project:
• New-build, 20+ storey commercial tower in the heart of the City
• £150m+ construction value, long programme - early doors stage
• Over 30,000 sqm of Grade A office space with ground-floor retail and community use
• Includes deep basement and extensive public realm upgrades
What They're Looking For:
• Senior QS or strong Project QS with major commercial build or high-rise experience
• Confident managing packages on large, complex projects
• Able to handle subcontractors, procurement, and client interface with minimal hand-holding
