Senior Quantity Surveyor (Major Projects) – £200m Landmark Commercial Scheme
Location: City of London
Salary: £90,000 – £120,000 (DOE) + Car Allowance + Travel
Project: 20+ storey D&B Commercial Office Tower

The Role
They have recently secured a major new project a £200m, 20+storey commercial office high-rise in The City of London. As the scheme enters the second stage of PCSA, they are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor (or possibly a Managing QS) to lead the commercial delivery on this landmark build.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for:

Full commercial management of the scheme from PCSA through to final account
*
Overseeing cost control, contract administration, and procurement strategy
*
Managing subcontractor packages and mentoring junior staff
*
Working closely with internal teams and client-side stakeholders
About You
*
Strong track record delivering large-scale commercial or mixed-use projects (£100m+)
*
Excellent commercial and contractual knowledge
*
Capable of leading major schemes with confidence and autonomy
