Their expertise includes bespoke specialist interiors, including joinery and spa installations. They have completed over 100 projects, maintaining high standards to remain competitive in the market.
About the role:
As Senior Quantity Surveyor you will oversee the financial and contractual aspects of high-end property projects. You will handle cost estimates, manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and monitor financial performance throughout the project. The role involves procurement, subcontractor management, and ensuring projects meet financial targets without compromising on quality. Collaboration with project teams and clients to deliver cost-effective, bespoke interiors within agreed timelines would be a central focus of the position.

Requirements:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Membership with RICS or equivalent (preferred).
* Proven experience in high-end residential or commercial refurbishment projects.
* Expertise in cost management, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
* Strong knowledge of JCT and other construction contracts.
* Experience in procurement, tendering, and subcontractor management.
* Familiarity with construction techniques, materials, and industry standards.
* Proficiency in QS software like CostX or Bluebeam.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong analytical and attention-to-detail abilities for risk and cost assessmentsBefore You Apply
