Job Opportunity: Senior Quantity Surveyor - Infrastructure project
Location: East Ham, Beckton area.

A major UK infrastructure project based in Beckton is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
About the Role:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a strategic and hands-on role in overseeing all commercial aspects of the project. You'll lead a team of Quantity Surveyors and work closely with project directors, delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure commercial success across key packages.
Offering: Hybrid position - 3 days on site / 2 at home.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Senior Quantity Surveyor across multiple packages.
Provide expert commercial guidance on procurement, cost control, subcontractor management, and contract administration.
Oversee cost forecasting, risk management, and value engineering initiatives.
Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and manage any disputes or claims.
Work collaboratively with internal teams and client representatives to ensure project targets are met.Requirements:
Substantial experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
Strong Rail / Civils background in SQS.
Proven team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.What's on Offer:
