Senior Quantity Surveyor – Major Residential – Brighton, East Sussex
This leading Tier 1 contractor has an immediate need for a freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a major residential project in Brighton for a minimum contract of 4 months.
As Senior Quantity Surveyor you will have Tier 1 experience before and be highly organised and experienced in procedures of a Tier 1 contractor and how they operate.
The initial task you will carry out as Senior Quantity Surveyor is procurement of which will be a key strength.
The project is a £95m new build residential scheme consisting of over 200 units of flats ranging from 5-8 storey RC Frame blocks. Again, main contracting experience of residential is essential and more attractive over developer experience.
You must live within a reasonable commute of Brighton in Sussex, Surrey or Hampshire as the role will initially be based at their office in Surrey until Autumn. You will have a UK Quantity Surveying qualification.
