Senior Quantity Surveyor
Contract - Up-to 6 months
Location - Medway, Kent
Day Rate - £550 PAYE (Inside IR35)
Hybrid Working - 3-days a week on site
A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to join a civils contractor on a contract lasting up-to 6-months in the Isle of Grain. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for leading and managing the commercial and contractual aspects of the project, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget. Your role will be heavily involved in subcontractor management on behalf of the company, as well as managing and solving conflicts.
The successful candidate will have relevant work experience as a Quantity Surveyor working on behalf of a contractor delivering works, have experience managing subcontractors, experience dealing with conflicts (managing, seeing an issue through until a settlement agreement is reached, and have a broad knowledge of NEC forms of contracts. You must also be located suitably and willing to attend site 3-days per week.
